Description:
Добавить backend endpoints для live-сбора:

  • POST /api/collect
  • GET /api/collect/{id}
  • POST /api/collect/{id}/cancel

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Контракты запросов/ответов зафиксированы
  • Возвращаются корректные HTTP-коды и ошибки
  • API совместим с фронтенд-сценарием режима API
