Description:
Добавить smoke/regression тесты для существующего upload flow и нового каркаса live-сбора.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Upload flow покрыт базовыми regression-сценариями
  • Live API flow покрыт happy-path и error-path
  • Тесты стабильно проходят локально
