Description:
Обновить документацию проекта с учётом двух источников данных: архив и live API.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • В README описаны оба режима работы
  • В CLAUDE.md отражены новые API-контракты и ограничения
  • Добавлены примеры запросов/ответов live-сбора
