Description:
Добавить в результат поля источника данных: source_type, protocol, target_host, collected_at.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Новые поля присутствуют в API ответах
  • UI показывает источник и параметры сбора в карточке результата
  • Архивный flow продолжает работать корректно
