Add shared bible submodule, rename local bible to bible-local

- Add bible.git as submodule at bible/
- Rename bible/ → bible-local/ (project-specific architecture)
- Update CLAUDE.md to reference both bible/ and bible-local/
- Add AGENTS.md for Codex with same structure
