Description:
Реализовать клиентскую валидацию полей подключения и человекочитаемое отображение ошибок.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Проверяются обязательные поля, корректность host и port
  • Некорректная форма не отправляется
  • Ошибки показываются inline и на русском языке
