Description:
Добавить форму подключения в режиме API: host, protocol (IPMI/Redfish), port, login, password/token, настройки TLS.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Форма отображается только при выборе режима API
  • Все поля собираются в единый payload для POST /api/collect
  • Пользователь видит подсказки по каждому полю
