Mikhail ChusavitinandClaude Sonnet 5 bb2a501a28 feat(sat): fan ceiling check + topology fan tiles
Repurpose the previously-unwired RunFanStressTest into RunFanCheck, a
Load-tier SAT test that drives stressapptest (CPU+memory) and, when a GPU
is present, a GPU burn to 100% simultaneously, then watches every fan
until none has climbed for ~60s. The observed peak RPM per fan is the
"ceiling"; it is persisted through the existing fan-observation store.

MSI G4201 / AMI MegaRAC exposes no host-side fan force (every OEM IPMI
command returns 0xc1; Redfish Thermal is GET-only), so load-driven ramp
is the closest safe equivalent. See
bible-local/decisions/2026-09-04-fan-ceiling-check.md.

- platform.ResolveFanMaxRPM: per-fan max with fallback (persisted peak ->
peer peak -> current RPM), resolved in platform, not the view.
- platform.ErrTestNotApplicable: no load source or no fan sensors ->
task lands as cancelled ("not applicable"), never failed, so an
engineer never sees a false red. executeTaskWithOptions maps the
sentinel; finalizeTaskForResult honours a pre-set TaskCancelled.
- Verdict FAIL only for a fan at 0 RPM / IPMI cr-nr under load.
- /topo: one small spinning square per fan, sized by RPM / resolved max,
clickable through to a new "fan" component-detail type; per-fan status
recorded to the component-status DB from the fan SAT summary.
- Wiring: /api/sat/fan/run route, "fan" task target, Load-page card,
  stress-mode Run All.

Mikhail ChusavitinandClaude Sonnet 5 1175e6ccd8 gpu: collect reset-required/row-remap status and classify Xid codes by severity
nvidia-smi exposes reset_status.reset_required and remapped_rows.* only on
newer drivers for Ampere+ GPUs; queried via a separate exec call since an
unrecognized field name fails the whole --query-gpu command and would have
wiped out unrelated telemetry (temp/ECC/power) on older drivers otherwise.

Also refines Xid severity in both the ingest dmesg collector and the
always-on kmsg watcher: Xid 64 (row-remap InfoROM write failure) now
escalates to Critical instead of the generic warning every other Xid got,
and fixes the SAT-window flush path which previously hardcoded "Warning"
and ignored pattern severity entirely.

Mikhail ChusavitinandClaude Sonnet 4.6 805a3b277d Track PCIe AER correctable errors; fix GPU status key routing
Add nvidia-aer-correctable and pcie-aer-correctable patterns to catch
"bus correctable error" events seen in SEL (Critical Interrupt / offset 7).
Both patterns carry severity "warning" — correctable errors are
hardware-recovered and should not flag a card as failed.

Fix kmsg_watcher routing: GPU-category events were keyed as pcie:<BDF>
but the UI queries for pcie:gpu: prefix. Split the switch so "gpu" →
pcie:gpu:<BDF> and "pcie" → pcie:<BDF>. This applies to both
flushWindow (SAT-window path) and flushImmediate (always-on path).

Mikhail ChusavitinandClaude Sonnet 4.6 ae80d7711e Add continuous hardware health monitoring and component detail view
- kmsg watcher now records kernel errors (GPU Xid, MCE, EDAC, storage I/O) at all times,
not only during SAT tasks; flushImmediate writes directly to ComponentStatusDB
- New health_poller: polls ipmitool sdr every 60s for PSU health (watchdog:psu source)
- Hardware Summary card auto-refreshes every 30s via htmx without page reload
- Component rows (CPU/Memory/Storage/GPU/PSU) are now clickable -- opens a modal
with per-component status, source, timestamp and last 20 history entries

Mikhail ChusavitinandClaude Sonnet 4.6 295a19b93a feat(tasks): run all queued tasks in parallel
Tasks are now started simultaneously when multiple are enqueued (e.g.
Run All). The worker drains all pending tasks at once and launches each
in its own goroutine, waiting via WaitGroup. kmsg watcher updated to
use a shared event window with a reference counter across concurrent tasks.

Mikhail ChusavitinandClaude Sonnet 4.6 fd722692a4 feat(watchdog): hardware error monitor + unified component status store
- Add platform/error_patterns.go: pluggable table of kernel log patterns
(NVIDIA/GPU, PCIe AER, storage I/O, MCE, EDAC) — extend by adding one struct
- Add app/component_status_db.go: persistent JSON store (component-status.json)
  keyed by "pcie:BDF", "storage:dev", "cpu:all", "memory:all"; OK never
  downgrades Warning or Critical
- Add webui/kmsg_watcher.go: goroutine reads /dev/kmsg during SAT tasks,
writes Warning to DB for matched hardware errors
- Fix task status: overall_status=FAILED in summary.txt now marks task failed
- Audit routine overlays component DB statuses into bee-audit.json on every read
