Checked all 580.x point releases on that CDN; only some are mirrored (580.126.09, 580.159.03/.04, 580.173.02 are 200; 580.126.16, 580.126.20, 580.167.08 are 404). Switched to 580.159.03: confirmed downloadable, confirmed present as .deb in the apt repo, and it's the exact driver version running on the real DGX Spark.
