Description:
Добавить экран состояния live-сбора с фазами Queued/Running/Success/Failed и журналом шагов.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • UI опрашивает статус задачи по GET /api/collect/{id}
  • Показывается прогресс и лог шагов
  • Есть кнопка отмены задачи (UI)
